CK Emerging Youth Artist Scholarship

2026 Application Process

Applications to the CK Emerging Youth Artist Scholarship will only be accepted through the form below.

All application elements can be submitted through the form. Please ensure that your files are no larger than 5MB each.

Application Components are as follows

  • Artist Statement (500 words or less)

  • Artist CV or resume (up to 3 pages)

  • Additional Letters of Support (optional)

    • You may provide a single-page letter to support your application.

  • Letter of Nomination, if applicable

    • If a third party is nominating another artist, the nominator must provide a letter of nomination that explains the reasons for submitting the candidate to help the jury to gain further insight into the impact that the award could have on their work and future goals.

      Support Materials

  • Include 3 (minimum) to 5 (maximum) pieces of support material that is appropriate to your artistic practice and strengthens your application. Your support materials can include any combination of the following up to a total of 5 pieces:

    • Images

      • JPG or PNG at least 300 dpi no more than 10 MB per file.

    • Audio

      • Up to 3 files (or links), up to 3 minutes each or with a maximum total running time of 9 minutes.

    • Video

      • Up to 3 links (preferred) or files, up to 3 minutes each or with a maximum total running time of 9 minutes.

    • Text

      • A single document (DOC, TXT, or PDF) containing one or more excerpts of your writing (poetry, creative writing, original composition, script, etc.) with a maximum length of 10 pages.
